You declare that you are of legal age, emancipated, or represented by a legally capable person, and that both enjoy full civil and criminal capacity.

Dovionne is an online platform dedicated to offering high-quality accessories for men and women in Europe, targeting customers between the ages of 30 and 55. Our goal is to deliver an exceptional shopping experience with products that combine style, durability, and contemporary design.

Dovionne acts as the direct seller of the products available on our official website, https://dovionne.com, and other formally affiliated platforms.

3. Use of the Platform

3.1 User Registration

To make purchases on our platform, the USER must complete a registration form with accurate, precise, and truthful information. It is the USER’s responsibility to keep personal data up to date. Dovionne is not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by USERS. You warrant and are fully liable for the truthfulness, accuracy, and authenticity of the registered information.

Dovionne reserves the right to use all lawful means to identify USERS and may request additional information and documents to verify the provided data. If Dovionne checks the accuracy of the information and finds false or incorrect data—or if the USER refuses to provide the requested documents—Dovionne may block purchases, temporarily suspend, or permanently cancel the USER’s account, without prejudice to other measures deemed necessary.

3.2 Account Access

The USER will access their account using their registered email and password, and must not disclose these credentials to third parties, being fully responsible for their use. You must immediately notify Dovionne via a secure method (contact@dovionne.com) of any unauthorized use of your account or third-party access. The USER is solely responsible for all actions taken within their account, as access is only possible through the password, which is exclusively known to the USER.

Under no circumstances is it permitted to transfer, sell, rent, or assign the account. Such actions may result in cancellation due to violations of Dovionne’s policies.

3.3 Communications

The USER expressly agrees that Dovionne and/or its partners may send informational messages via email or SMS regarding specific communications about products and services available or to be made available on the platform, as well as promotional messages such as offers and updates from Dovionne. If you no longer wish to receive such messages, you may unsubscribe directly on the platform or by contacting us at contact@dovionne.com.

4. Products and Purchases

4.1 Product Descriptions

Dovionne makes every effort to describe and display products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, size, or texture may occur due to monitor differences or manufacturing processes. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

4.2 Prices and Payment

All product prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT (Value-Added Tax) applicable in the European Union. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. 4.3 Stock Availability

Dovionne is not responsible for inaccuracies, shortages, or discontinuation of products in stock. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase completion, the USER will be notified and may choose between a full refund or an alternative product of equivalent value.

5. Delivery

The delivery timeframe will be provided at checkout and may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Dovionne commits to dispatching products within the stated timeframe but is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as logistics issues, customs processes, or force majeure events. 6. Returns and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is a priority at Dovionne. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request an exchange or return within 14 calendar days of receipt, in accordance with European consumer protection laws. 7. Intellectual Property

The commercial use of the term “Dovionne” as a brand, trade name, or domain, as well as all content related to Dovionne’s services—including software, databases, networks, and files that allow USER access—are the exclusive property of Dovionne and protected under copyright, trademark, patent, and design laws and international treaties. Unauthorized use or reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without Dovionne’s express consent.

8. Sanctions

Without prejudice to other measures, Dovionne may warn, suspend, or cancel a USER’s account temporarily or permanently, and take appropriate legal action if:

a) the USER violates any provision of these Terms of Service;

b) fails to comply with USER obligations;

c) engages in fraudulent or unlawful acts;

d) the USER’s identity or information cannot be verified or is incorrect;

e) Dovionne determines that the USER’s actions have caused or could cause harm to third parties or to Dovionne itself.

In cases where a USER account is disabled, all pending purchases will be automatically canceled.

9. Liability

Dovionne shall not be liable for any damages or losses that the USER may incur as a result of transactions carried out—or not carried out—through the platform, except in cases of proven negligence or willful misconduct by Dovionne. The USER acknowledges and accepts that Dovionne is not a party to any transaction between USERS (if applicable to future features), nor responsible for any damages or losses resulting from such interactions.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

Dovionne may modify these Terms of Service at any time to improve and enhance the services provided. The new Terms of Service will take effect from their publication on the platform. USERS will be notified of such changes and, if they do not agree, may request account cancellation, provided there are no outstanding balances or debts. Continued use of the platform after the publication of changes will be considered tacit acceptance of the updated terms.
